Preseason Preview NFL - Chicago/Cleveland

To avoid a point breaking preseason, the Cleveland Browns and the Chicago Bears must ask themselves the question on Thursdays game "should we spread some reputation?" or perhaps "who cares!! It's preseason!!"
If the word injury was to be found in the dictionary, some definitions will include ankle, hamstring, knee, foot, concussion and finally: Cleveland Browns. These factors have contributed to a 3 in a row loss for the Browns these past weeks. More than 6 players are suffering from some grievance including quarterback Derek Anderson.
Browns fans are hoping the story from early 72's does not repeat after so long, when they went on a 6 repeated loss, barely making it to the playoffs. The Bears last went defeated on the 98 preseason, coming up later with a 4-12 expected season.
Are we expecting fans to call for Brady Quinn or Ken Dorsey on the line up for Thursday 28th? With Anderson on recovery, Brady Quinn will line up for the second time this month; that is if he can overcome those slip-ups from the past games.
What do Braylon Edwards and Kellen Wislow have in common with San Diego when they had Philip Rivers and Drew Brees a few years ago? Well, besides competition at quarterback, they have talent.
The Chicago Bears on the other hand have put to much faith on starting quarterback Kyle Orton losing 3 consecutive games as well. The question for Thursday 28th is: who wants to wear the big shoes? Maybe Rex Grossman has an answer.
Now, did the Bears do little to renovate and develop their structure this off season? Or did they sacrifice the most important position, the field? Can some fill in for Bernard Berrian (too bad he is gone) or Cedric Benson? Does Matt Forte need competition from Kevin Jones ? Questions come and go, but they have made it in the past and if Devin Hester improves and builds up as a wide receiver, field success sounds accurate for this season.
Ok, let's back up for a minute, Rex Grossman is a doubt choice per se, but still optimal; Kyle Orton's contract got an extension… "Hmmm, ok keep going", Moose Muhammad #2 receiver was released and #1 receiver Bernard Berrian is now making extra cash with the Vikings, so all around, can fans make a judge out of this? Devin Hester was a rookie last year, but pretty sure this year he will come around and show marked improvement.
The Bears should be worried about injuries which play a big role last season. Healthy defense means strong and vigorous team, so let's hope the Bears can upturn to the top of the NFC north this year.
All said, both teams' top starters won't see undoubtedly much action on Thursday night, but we are sure to expect some surprises from both sides.
