• Plea bargain or settlement prior to jury verdict is considered “guilty” even if guilt is specifically not admitted.
  
  
• Death or incapacitation of defendant ending trial before verdict voids any bets.
  
  
• If trial is canceled or a mistrial anytime prior to verdict not guilty wins.
