TIE BREAKER FOR THE TOP SCORER IN THE WORLD CUP

In case one or more player has the same number of goals; the following conditions will apply as tie breaker:

• Best score average (More goals in fewer games.)
• Penalty shootouts do no count on the top goalscorer.
• Team to advance more in the tournament.

Player with the most goals scored over all World Cup competitions.
